Jen Wilson is a movement and health rebel with a BSc in sport and exercise science as well as qualificatons in Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Massage, Personal Training, Barefoot specialism, Functional Movement and is a Nutrition coach. You can keep up with Jen on her Instagram page.

I have an allotment with my partner Kris, we are into year 3 where the majority of the heavy work has been done and now we get to grow and nurture our plants. In that first year though there was a lot of work to be done to clear the space and my practice of Pilates and Yoga came in really handy to keep my joints and back safe.
